Emergency Services Program

We created this exclusive program for the property owner and/or Property Management Company. It is designed for disaster planning related to water & fire emergencies at a commercial property. A general inspection will be performed, specific property details and location shut off valves will be identified. Having an ESP in place will contain and minimize the damage to a property in the event of a loss. The ESP will provide a greater sense of security and emergency readiness in case of a disaster to both on-site personnel and off-site property managers. This program is value added for our clients.

Annual Policy Review

We will review your policy with you each year between 90-120 days out, review your exposures and update you insurance coverage as appropriate. We will also provide you with a carrier analysis of the market place to assure you are getting the best rates and terms available.
